What is Okta?
Okta is an on-demand service that allows you to easily sign-in to all the applications your organization uses through a single login.
Once you sign in, your Okta home page displays all your applications in one location. Simply, click the application's corresponding icon and each application opens in a new browser window or tab and you are automatically logged-in.

What is my username?
Your InovalonONE® username is what you use to login to Inovalon applications (i.e. INDICES®, QSI-XL™, ePASS®, i-PORT HD™, etc.).
I forgot my username.
If you forgot your username, please contact Inovalon Customer Support at +1 (800) 591-9229 or support@inovalonONE.com.
I forgot my password.
If you forgot you password, click on Need help signing in?, then click Forgot Password?
Enter your Email or Username associated to your InovalonONE® account, then click Reset via Email.
Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts.
If you are unable to reset your password after following these steps, please contact Inovalon Customer Support at +1 (800) 591-9229 or support@inovalonONE.com.
I am locked out of my account.
If you forgot you password, click on Need help signing in?, then click Unlock account?
Enter your Email or Username associated to your InovalonONE® account, then click Reset via Email.
