Logging into Converged Patient Assessment (ePASS®)

Note: Inovalon is in the process of updating our product names! ePASS® is now Converged Patient Assessment. Please note that we are working to update our articles as quickly as possible and did not want to impede your access in the meantime. If you are an In-Office Provider or Clinical Associate, follow the steps below to login to your Converged Patient Assessment (ePASS^®) account.

If you are not an In-Office Provider or Clinical Associate, please return to the Main Landing Page and select Inovalon Employee/Contractor.

Follow the steps below to login to your Converged Patient Assessment (ePASS®) account after you have set up Two-Step Verification. If you can't view the instructions below, click the link here. 

New login process

1. Enter your username and password at the login screen at https://patientassessment.inovalon.com/ and click Sign In.

2. On the next screen you will be prompted to enter in your passcode for Two-Step Verification.

NOTE : Your passcode is provided via the method selected when setting up Two-Step Verification which is an Okta Verify App, Google Authenticator, SMS (text) Message, or an automated Voice Call.

You are now logged into Converged Patient Assessment (ePASS®) and can complete assessments.
