Note: Inovalon is in the process of updating our product names! ePASS® is now Converged Patient Assessment. If you are an In-Office Provider or Clinical Associate that had an account in Patient Assessment (ePASS®) but has not logged into the application in over two years, then you still need to set up Two-Step Verification. Please contact Customer Support by calling 877-448-8125 or emailing support@inovalon.com. Support is available 7 days a week 8AM to 8PM and Public holidays 10AM to 6PM EST.
