ePASS® Browser Compatibility and URL Whitelisting

If you are not an In-Office Provider or Clinical Associate, please return to the Main Landing Page and select Inovalon Employee/Contractor.

We recommend using one of the below listed web browsers for an optimal user experience. Please switch to one of the supported web browsers to avoid any unexpected application behavior.

Supported Web Browsers

• Google Chrome Version 80 or higher (Inovalon recommended)
• Mozilla Firefox Version 78 or higher
• Microsoft Edge Version 81 or higher

If you use an unsupported browser, ePASS® will show a message like the image below advising you to use a supported browser.

ePASS® Website URLs

Connect to ePASS® at https://epass.inovalonone.com/. If you receive an error, please check with your network administrator to ensure the following URLs are whitelisted (not blocked or restricted):

Note: Users connecting using the old URL, https://epass.inovalon.com/ will be redirected to the new and preferred URL - https://epass.inovalonone.com/.
