If you have access to Inovalon today you are all set!
You will need to login before you can access the rest of the Help Center website.

You will be prompted to sign in using your Inovalon One credentials and use Okta Verify for multifactor authentication.
The first time you login to the Help Center, you will need to choose a method for multifactor authentication as seen in the screenshot below.

We recommend choosing SMS Authentication when setting up MFA through Okta. Every time you login to the Help Center, you will be sent a single-use code to your phone that you can type into Okta without having to download an app. Choose which form of MFA you want, follow the steps to set it up, verify through Okta and you're in! After your first time logging in, to re-login you simply click Sign in, enter your Inovalon One credentials, and verify with Okta through your chosen method of MFA.
